We are hiring a Lead Carpenter on a Superintendent track, someone who wants ownership, growth, and leadership.

The Role:
You will:
- Lead carpentry execution on ADU projects.
- Help supervise 1–3 active job sites.
- Coordinate subcontractors and internal labor.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Maintain clean, organized, safe jobsites.
- Order lumber and standard materials.
- Complete daily logs and administrative tracking.
- Communicate clearly with PMs, inspectors, subs, and homeowners.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
This is a leadership development role.
High performers will move into a Superintendent position.
What We Expect:
We hire experienced specialists, not self-taught generalists.
Minimum qualifications:
- Journeyman-level residential construction experience.
- Strong plan reading and layout skills.
- Familiarity with CA Residential Building Code.
- Solid math skills.
- Experience working within structured systems (not chaotic jobsites).
- Clear, professional communication.
You must be:
- Self-motivated (we do not micromanage).
- Organized and process-oriented.
- Results-driven (good and on time beats perfect and late).
- Candid and accountable.
- Customer-focused.
- Comfortable using software tools for tracking work.

- You are independently leading site execution.
- Your projects are clean, organized, and on schedule.

- You are developing toward full Superintendent responsibility.
